A. Online Order
Before you check out, please make sure you have entered correct information as following.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies

If for some reason, your package is released to you without paying the customs charges and we get
billed by your government for these charges, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.

- In order to process the exchange request, please email or call us to request RMA number with desired item you would like to exchange with(Only 1 exchange per 1 item) and allow us to process within 5 days. Once your request is submitted, we will then issue a RMA number to your email which you MUST write outside of return package.

Exchange Fees
- There will be 20% re-stocking fees apply to all exchange requests(coupon amount excluded)
NOTE: Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
If promo code was used for original order, same promo code do not apply on exchange.
Exchanges must be of equal or greater value and one exchange per item.
Once you received exchange, no further exchange can be made.
- Return freight fees are to be paid by customer. Please ship your RMA with tracking information.
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Please allow us to process your exchange order in 3 to 4 days after receipt of your return.
NOTE: Exchange Shipping fees are to be paid by customer.
- Once RMA number is issued, we must receive the package within 10 business days. Otherwise, requested RMA will be cancelled which in result, received packages after 10 days will be returned to sender.
Favoritewigs.com understands that it may be inevitable to wear a wig or half-wigs to "check it out" It is ultimately on Favoritewigs.com to determine whether the returned item(s) is acceptable or not. For instance, if you have worn the wig and if returned goods are in unacceptable condition such as any tags were removed and hairnet is not included, it is not acceptable.
