Shipping Information

- In order for us to process your order on the same day, you will need to place your order by 3 :00PM EST. All other orders will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend, or on holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 12 hours to 3 days of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours through 5 days of processing depending on manufactures' location.

* Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
* Express/Next Day service is not available on Clearance items.
* We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs
  for any International deliveries.
* If order processing days are 1 to 2 business days, we usually ship it within 24 hours.
  However, if you order more than 2 items from different brands, it could take 2 to 3 extra business days
  to process your order before shipping.
 

Order Status

- Once your order is shipped, we send you shipping confirmaion email which contains tracking information in UPS. In case you do not receive any shipping confirmation email due to your email's spam blocker setting, please add any emails from favoritewigs.com to your allowed incoming sender list.  If you are having difficulty modifying your email preference, please check the order status online at the top right hand corner after log in.  You will also get the tracking number of the order you placed within 6 to 12 months.


Exceptions
 
* If your shipping address is PO Box, PSC Box or other military Postal Boxes, it could take upto extra 3 to 5 business days before shipping depending on manufacturers' location.
* If your ordered items are combination of 2 or more brands, it could delay your shipment upto 3 to 5 business days.
